Notice Regarding These Terms This document represents the current Terms of Use for healthyliving.fyi and is in effect as of the date shown below. These terms have been drafted in accordance with applicable California law and are intended to comply with all relevant state and federal legal standards.
This document is currently undergoing formal review by a licensed California attorney prior to final certification, particularly regarding the Health Disclaimer, Religious Organization, and PMA provisions. Upon completion of that review, an updated and certified version will be published.
Until that time, these terms are operative and enforceable. In all matters where California law establishes a higher or different standard than any provision contained herein, California law shall govern and supersede.

By accessing and using the Healthy Living website (healthyliving.fyi), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
Healthy Living is a Private Membership Association (PMA) and an unincorporated nonprofit religious organization operating under the protections afforded to religious organizations and private associations under applicable federal and California law.
Healthy Living reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting. Continued use of the site following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Healthy Living is an unincorporated nonprofit religious organization. The ministry content on this site — including teaching, discipleship resources, Bible studies, foundations of faith, and evangelistic materials — represents the sincerely held religious beliefs and ministry activities of Healthy Living and its founders.
Nothing in these terms should be construed to limit the free exercise of religion as protected under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and applicable California law.
4. Independent Distributor Disclosure
Healthy Living is an independent distributor of Vollara products, including ActivePure technology. Healthy Living is not an employee, agent, or corporate representative of Vollara LLC or any of its affiliates.

Premium content — including specialized courses, classes, and training sessions — requires payment through Vimeo's platform. Access to premium content is governed by Vimeo's terms of service in addition to these Terms of Use.
Users may not record, redistribute, or share any streamed content without express written permission from Healthy Living.
During live sessions, interaction features such as chat or Q&A may be available. Users are expected to engage respectfully. Healthy Living reserves the right to remove any participant from a live session for disruptive or inappropriate conduct.
8. Donations & Giving
Donations to Healthy Living are processed through Square. By making a donation, you acknowledge:
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Healthy Living.
Healthy Living is an unincorporated nonprofit religious organization. Donations may or may not be tax-deductible depending on your circumstances. Consult your tax advisor to confirm eligibility.
A year-end giving statement is available upon request. To receive one, provide your mailing address at the time of donation.
General fund donations are allocated at the discretion of Healthy Living leadership to support active ministry and operational needs.
9. Privacy & Data Use
Healthy Living respects your privacy. Information collected through this site — including contact form submissions, email addresses, and donation records — is used solely to communicate with you, process your transactions, and support your participation in Healthy Living programs and ministry.
Healthy Living does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process transactions (e.g., payment processors).
Email communications from Healthy Living will always include an option to unsubscribe.
