Healthy Living is a faith-based ministry with a wellness outreach that was founded by Pastor Kevin Cicchino. Built upon the global, 28-year foundation of OneTruth Ministries, Healthy Living is not about building a brand, a wellness program, a gym, or a product line.

Healthy Living is the Grace Life.

It is the life made possible by the redemptive work of Jesus Christ—restored in spirit, renewed in mind, and sustained in body. This is the fullness of what God intended from the beginning. It is not religion, performance, or striving. It is a functional relationship, walked out daily in wholeness as a living testimony to His grace.

Our understanding of this design didn't happen overnight. It was forged through twenty-eight years of pioneering global ministry, navigating demanding environments, and witnessing a miraculous personal victory over cancer. Through every season, God revealed a singular truth: the human design cannot be compartmentalized. Without recognizing God as the foundation, we achieve only partial change rather than true wholeness. Acknowledging Jesus Christ as the source of our life allows us to access God’s unmerited favor.

The Foundation: Spirit, Soul, & Body

To understand health, you must understand how you were designed. You are a spirit, you have a soul (mind, will, and emotions), and you live in a body.

• The Spirit (The Leader): Your spirit, regenerated by Christ, is where you contact God and receive His direction."But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him." (1 Corinthians 6:17)

• The Heart & Soul (The Alignment): In a soul-based life, intellect and emotions dictate reality. In the Grace Life, the order is reversed: The spirit receives Truth, the heart aligns with it, and you willfully direct your mind and emotions to agree with God."Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life." (Proverbs 4:23)

• The Body (The Temple): Your physical frame houses this life, enabling you to fulfill your calling on earth."Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you..." (1 Corinthians 6:19)

Grace: The Empowering Life of God

Grace is more than forgiveness; it is God’s very life and strength made available to you to overcome the world's patterns.

"For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age."(Titus 2:11-12)

Redemption: The Great Reset

Redemption is the work of Christ that resets you to your original position—thinking with Him, not outside of Him.

"In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace." (Ephesians 1:7)

Unmerited Favor: The Open Door

We were born into self-devised methods, but God offers us a way back that we didn't earn. We move from rebellion to covenant by choosing to believe.

"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God."(Ephesians 2:8)

Serving Only Jesus: A Willful Choice

Serving Jesus is the decision to let the Holy Spirit’s life manifest in your flesh and soul, accepting the divine blessings that come only from Him.

"And if it seems evil to you to serve the Lord, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve... But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." (Joshua 24:15)

The Historical Reality: Returning to the Design

The Garden and the Cross are historical facts that prove we are made in His image. Without the cross, we do not have grace. Redemption allows us to stop trying to "find" ourselves in the world and start reigning through Him.

"For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ." (Romans 5:17)

Stewardship of the Temple

When we work with the physical body—addressing the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the strength of our frame—we are simply aligning with this structural design. The work of Healthy Living began not in a classroom, but at the intersection of high-level performance and purposeful living. founders Kevin and Bianca first entered this field as elite athletes, long before formal education entered the picture. As professional athletes, they devoted their time to training, competition, recovery, and daily spiritual practice. Performance and wholeness were a mandate.

For Bianca, the calling was immediate. At a young age, she experienced a defining epiphany: her life’s work would be the pursuit of optimal human development. By the time she met Kevin, she was already a highly respected specialist training at one of the world’s strongest gyms, combining her mastery of human movement with specialized certifications in training and massage. Given Bianca's formal education in fine art, with a major in ceramic sculpture and an emphasis in painting, she views strength and conditioning as an art—a medium through which she expresses her creativity. She considers the "art of strength and conditioning" to be approaching sport as movement - as art. To her, physical training is more like modeling—the body is like clay, and moving it is like dance. The art of strength and conditioning is the skillful shaping of human movement and physical capacity toward strength, efficiency, and excellence, guided by scientific knowledge and informed by perception, judgment, and creativity.

Meanwhile, Kevin expanded the boundaries of health by integrating education in Peptide sciences, sports medicine, human movement, and biology with his background in martial arts, bike racing, and powerlifting. This unique blend of high-stakes sport, education, and seminary training led him to a singular truth: when a person grasps the love God has for them and finds community built on that foundation, they become open to growing into wholeness—in spirit, in mind, and in body. The wellness work was never the door; The Grace of God was always the door.

When they met, a powerful convergence of expertise emerged. Kevin sought out Bianca’s coaching to master a globally recognized system of physical development, and together, they realized their individual paths were two sides of the same coin. They didn't merely develop a practice; they started to nurture a vision of wholeness—understanding that the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects are interconnected, forming a unified life created by God.

This conviction was tested and refined through the crucible of personal healing. While navigating Kevin’s recovery from cancer and Bianca’s own health challenges, they found that conventional "Band-Aid" approaches were looking through the wrong lens. During this season, Kevin recognized that his connection with God had been rooted in religion rather than the true revelation of Grace. As the Lord opened his eyes to the finished work of Christ, that spiritual restoration became the catalyst for physical healing. They realized that just as the heart needs the Truth of Grace, the body needs an education that reaches the "core" of human biology.

They went deeper, moving past surface-level "quick fixes" to collaborate with leading researchers in sports science and peptide science. Their goal was to provide the same level of precision for the body that Grace provides for the spirit and soul. This approach is rooted in the principle of faithful stewardship: believing that while God provides the miracle of life, we are called to the discipline and protocol of an informed lifestyle to help that life truly thrive.

The results were immediate and deeply personal. When they began implementing this balance of spiritual training and cellular health alongside their training, 95% of their clients—from everyday individuals to professional athletes—adopted these protocols and saw real change. Some even experienced miraculous healing, both physical and emotional. Every one of them remains on that protocol of balance in God and on the foundational cellular support today.

Over the last 14 years, Kevin and Bianca have translated complex science into practical, repeatable success. • The Ministry of Love: We believe true ministry flows from His (Agape) love, without which we have no right to claim ourselves a Christian. We remain yielded to the Holy Spirit to direct our ministry.

• The Authority of Scripture: We believe the Bible is God’s Holy Word—verbally and fully inspired—and is the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

• The One True God: We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

• The Person of Jesus Christ: We believe in the divine, eternal, and only begotten Son of God. We believe in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father, and His personal, visible return in power and glory.

• The Holy Spirit: We believe He was sent forth from the Father to indwell, sanctify, instruct, and comfort the saints.

The Holy Spirit and His Baptism

The Holy Spirit is co-equal, co-eternal, and co-existent with the Father and the Son. The baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire is a gift promised by the Lord Jesus to all believers and is received subsequent to the New Birth. This experience is accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking with other tongues (Acts 2) and provides the power to be witnesses.

The Redemption of Man

Man was made in the likeness and image of God, but through Adam's transgression, sin passed upon all men. Jesus Christ was manifested to undo the work of the devil and shed His blood to redeem and restore man back to God. Salvation is a free gift, separate from works and the Law, made operative by grace through faith.

Further Works of Redemption

The resurrection of Jesus Christ secured redemption for the whole man:

• Redemption from Sickness: Divine Healing is provided for by the Atonement for the physical ills of the human body.

• Redemption from Poverty: Divine Prosperity (financial provision and the prospering of the soul) is provided by the Atonement through the principles of tithes, offerings, and sowing and reaping.

Eternal Retribution and Hell

We believe in the reality of Eternal Retribution. The person who physically dies in his sins without accepting Christ is hopelessly and eternally lost in the Lake of Fire, and therefore, has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or repenting. The Lake of Fire is literal. The terms "eternal" and "everlasting," used in describing the duration of the punishment of the damned in the Lake of Fire, carry the same thought and meaning of endless existence as used in denoting the duration of joy and ecstasy of saints in the Presence of God.

The End of All Things (The Blessed Hope)

We believe in the personal and imminent return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We look forward to the Resurrection of the Just and the catching away of the saints to meet the Lord in the air. Following the Tribulation, Jesus shall return to earth as King of kings, and Lord of lords, and together with His saints, who shall be kings and priests, He shall reign a thousand years.

Sanctification

The Bible teaches that without holiness no man can see the Lord. We believe in the Doctrine of Sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of grace, commencing at the time of regeneration and continuing until the consummation of salvation at Christ’s return.

The mind and body are a closed loop. Achieving high-level performance—whether in daily functioning or sport—depends on regulating the nervous system. III.V — The Truth of the System: Why Measurability, Predictability, and Repeatability Are Not Optional

Most approaches to training use the words effort, preparedness, and ability freely — but rarely define them, and almost never connect them to anything that can actually be measured. At Healthy Living, we hold to a simple, unshakeable principle:

Measurability trains effort. Predictability trains preparedness. Repeatability trains ability.

This is the heartbeat of the system, and it changes everything about how training is understood.

Effort is not maximal intent applied indiscriminately. It is the precise application of force, velocity, and range of motion within the exact criteria a specific strength quality demands — executed within its required time signature. Speed-strength, strength-speed, and strength-endurance are not interchangeable; each carries its own rules for load, rest, and intent. Effort applied to the wrong criteria — five sets of five with rest periods stretched well beyond what the protocol requires, or a bar loaded heavier than the targeted output calls for — is not effort at all. It is the appearance of effort without the substance of it. Without measurability, there is no way to know the difference.

Preparedness is the body's capacity to sustain control under stress for the duration that quality of strength requires — and, just as importantly, whether the work performed in one training phase reliably produces the expected increase in capacity in the next. If the carryover doesn't show up — if the percentage gain expected from one cycle to the next fails to materialize — that is not bad luck. It is direct evidence that preparedness was insufficient. Without predictability built into the system, there is no way to know this until it is too late to correct.

Ability is not a single good day. It is the demonstrated repeatability of a result — produced reliably, again and again, under known conditions. A single impressive lift or a single breakthrough class proves nothing on its own. Without a system that makes repeatability possible, there is no way to distinguish a real, trainable capacity from a moment that simply cannot be reproduced.

This is why we do not separate effort from a system that can measure it, preparedness from a system that can predict it, or ability from a system that can repeat it. Remove the system, and you do not simply lose organization — you lose the very mechanism that produces all three.

This is also why failure is never treated as a wall in our practice. Within the framework we train from, failure is recognized as one of several distinct, identifiable signals — each one pointing to a specific and different reason the body stopped: a structural limit, a muscular limit, a neurological limit, a metabolic limit, a cardiovascular limit, or a psychological one. Knowing which signal occurred tells us exactly what the body needs next. This is what allows training to be measurable, repeatable, and predictable — not guessed at, not generalized, but known.

This same precision governs how we use accommodating resistance — bands, chains, and variable load — which exists not as a trend or a training gimmick, but specifically to address the relationship between load, strength, and posture throughout a movement's full range. And it governs why postural alignment remains the non-negotiable foundation beneath every single thing we teach, train, or recommend, regardless of the movement.
